No motivation for photography since the new year started. What’s my problem?
This is my problem.

I am so freakin’ bored of my natural light, around the house blah and really want some flash. And time. And the vision these women have. And i wish i had Fifi’s hair.
Enjoy these Flickr photostreams- they’re amazing.

Keep your chin up…. I took a flash class a few weeks ago and found it very inspiring. That’s what I prescribe for you! (Why does off camera flash scare me? Don’t know…..)
Start with something small like a Nikon SB400 and play around with bounce lighting from the ceiling (as seen in this picture – http://www.pottercreativemedia.com/PotterCreativeMedia/Blog/Entries/2009/11/4_Would_you_rather_I_not_take_your_picture.html).

Hey, I know what you mean. I abandoned all hope (sort of) with my project this year. Well that and I’ve been incredibly busy in my personal life. Well I even went so far of contemplating quitting photography but I’m starting to get my passion back for it. Maybe, you just need a break. Or maybe inspiration is just around the corner. It’ll happen when it happens. I just restarted my blog at http://www.CoconutPhotography.com
Yup I’ve decided to retire my business!
Take care and keep in touch

I think the creative process ebbs & flows. I’m not worried- i think the pressure to “perform” can hinder it! I’m glad you’ve found it again! I will stop by to see your photos soon – i’m on vacation & haven’t taken a single pic yet
