31 dec – 2009 wrap up

It’s the last day of 2009… how did you do on your Project 365?  Will you do it again?

Despite my “falling off the wagon” midstream, I am happy with the photos I’ve taken.  I’ve learned a lot more about my camera.  I plan on learning a lot more and hope to add some speedlights into the mix this next year.  :)   But I think instead of P365, it will be P52 and then some.  Maybe I’ll post 4-7 photos a week and then pick from that the one photo that is either the best- or best describes the week.

I plan on utilizing the resources out there as well, to help learn and inspire me- such as Shutterboo’s Weekly Challenge, DGrin’s weekly assignments and Splitcoast Stampers Weekly Challenges.  I think that will give me quite a few options and will be striving to get out of my comfort zone.

I’ve met some wonderful people thru their blogs and scrapbook pages and I hope we’re all in this together for 2010!

Here are my favs of 2009…..

Glad you are continuing to challenge yourself – I think the weekly idea is a good one! I’m going to try to keep my 365 (primarily as an advertising tool since I’m starting a new business) We’ll see what the year holds. Great shots of the year! (and I do agree that this kind of photography sure made me a better photographer!)

    Hey Geek Girl,

Well done on finishing 2009! I too also fell of the bandwagon midstream but I’m slowly updating my blog and I think like you I’m going to only do a P52. P365 is way too much work! Anyhow keep in touch! I look forward to seeing your p52 stuff!

    Good luck!
