2 months til Hawaii.  4 months til Veronica’s wedding.  I’ve started a weight training program 3 days a week and cardio on the alternate days.  Today was day 1.  So far so good!

By the way- the 10k didn’t go as planned- we were fully involved in bathroom demo.  Another race, another time – it’s still a goal for 2009.

    Yay for you for setting goals and working on them! Don’t worry about the 10K there’s always the next one!
